Job Description: We provides wrap-around services to expecting parents and well as families with newborns. We are focussed on personalised, gentle and traditional/culturally congruent postpartum care. We are currently looking to fill 3 full-time and some part-time positions. We are looking for someone who is a good fit, excited and open to working in a creative and flexible team environment, is able to work well with families and newborns of various cultural backgrounds and loves supporting new parents.
Requirements:
Experience working with newborns – including your own babies.
You would need to be able drive to client’s homes
Passion for supporting new families
Able to work closely with a team of colleagues, attention to detail
Preferred:
Postpartum doula training/NCS training or similar
Lactation education certification
Training and experience working with traditional postpartum care practices.

Postpartum doulas – Nights and weekends (Contract – hourly DOE) – 3

Social Media Campaign Manager – (Contract, part-time, remote – ongoing)
Requirements – Degree in a related field. List of recent experience working with social media for non-profits, or service industry “high-touch” fields. Passion for culturally inclusive and empathic UX. Love for babies, mothers, birth and nature. Fluent writer.

Job description: work one on one with families teaching prenatal and postpartum and baby and me yoga sessions. In-person/remote (contract) –
Requirements: Prenatal yoga teacher training. Experience working with prenatal and postpartum families. Experience teaching baby and me yoga.
Preferred postpartum yoga teacher training.
Massage Therapists – 2 (per session/contract) –
Required: LMT. Ayurvedic Massage practitioners preferred or those ready to be trained. Cross training as a postpartum doula a plus.
Personal Chefs – 2 – (Contract – hourly)
Job Description: Design menu, source and make nourishing meals incorporating traditional and home recipes including recipes from each family.
Requirements: Experience and knowledge of a wide variety of cuisines. Ability to adapt recipes to be vegan, gluten free and location friendly.
Preferred – Training in Ayurveda, dietetics, nutrition, TCM and traditional postpartum doula training
Henna artist – 1 Contract – hourly
Lactation Consultant CLC/IBCLC/Equivalent – 2 (contract/ per visit)
Job description:
Support diverse families with lactation and infant feeding in a culturally sensitive, open, compassionate and skilful way. Prefer cross training and experience as a postpartum doula. Prefer experience working in a hospital, breastfeeding clinic or community based program that serves a diverse population.
HR/Administrative Assistant -1
Job Description :
We are looking for someone part-time for admin/hr. The position may go up to 30 hrs/week or to full-time as we grow – depending – but it is likely to be low stress, flex hours and remote work in a supportive family friendly environment. There will be some client (parent) facing – so good communication skills, patience and kindness will be required, as well as attention to detail, organization skills and ability to work with CRM ERM. It is a new company – so there will be some period of changes before things hopefully get into a stable pattern, would require a creative, dynamic person willing to be proactive.
